Cha Cha（查恆）是設計思考、創意思考與未來思考講師，查查創意有限公司創辦人。2011 年起在台灣推廣設計思考，至今在企業、政府與學校帶過超過三百場工作坊。他的課以動手做為主：先聽問題，再用適合的方法帶團隊動手解決。

Cha Cha（本名查恆）是台灣的設計思考、創意思考與未來思考講師，查查創意有限公司創辦人。他從 2011 年開始接觸並推廣設計思考，2012 至 2019 年在學學文創歷任學務長與營運長，2016 年自費前往美國史丹佛大學 d.school 進修設計思考。至今在企業、政府與學校帶過超過三百場工作坊。

他的工作坊以動手做為主：先聽問題，再用適合的方法帶團隊動手解決。第一門線上課程《別急著找答案！善用設計思考，打造你自己的人生藍圖》於 2026 年 11 月 1 日在 PressPlay 上線；他也主持 Podcast《別急著找答案》，並每週寫《未來思考週報》。

Cha Cha (Henry Cha) is a design thinking, creative thinking and futures thinking instructor based in Taiwan, and the founder of Cha Cha Creative. He has promoted design thinking since 2011 and has led more than 300 workshops for companies, government agencies and schools. His approach is simple: listen to the problem first, then use the right method to get the team solving it hands-on.

Cha Cha (Henry Cha) is a design thinking, creative thinking and futures thinking instructor based in Taiwan, and the founder of Cha Cha Creative. He began practicing and promoting design thinking in 2011. From 2012 to 2019 he worked at XUE XUE Institute in Taipei, where he served as head of academic affairs and later as Chief Operating Officer. In 2016 he studied design thinking at the Stanford d.school, self-funded. Since then he has led more than 300 workshops for companies, government agencies and schools.

His workshops are hands-on: he listens to the problem first, then uses the right method to help the team build something they can test the next day. His first online course launches on PressPlay on November 1, 2026. He also hosts the Mandarin podcast 《別急著找答案》 (Don't Rush to the Answer) and writes the weekly newsletter 《未來思考週報》 (Futures Thinking Weekly).

這是一場動手做的工作坊。講師 Cha Cha（查恆）會先帶大家把問題看清楚，從相關的人真正在意什麼開始；接著一起想出大量而且不一樣的點子，最後挑出最值得試的一個，做成看得見、可以拿去測試的原型。全程分組進行，不需要任何設計背景，帶著手上真實的問題來就好。
